Floors are finally replaced and now that we have somewhere to stand we are working on tearing out all the walls, ceilings, and old insulation. Amanda is getting pretty good with the drill and Derek is happy to see the end of the 'removal stage'. The next stage is to make sure all of the tubing frame is in good shape and cleaned and repainted. Floor plans are in the works and dreams are still in the wake. As always, we'll keep you posted!
Getting ready for the Spring/Summer to arrive so we can start working on the bus again! Learning and reading up on new ideas. Revisiting floor plans. After much debate and being fortunate enough to visit with our new friend, Tom, up in Thunder Bay Ontario, who has a 5B that is within a year in age to ours, we have decided to raise the roof 8 inches. After seeing first hand the added room to insulate, install taller cabinetry, it seems like it will be time and money well spent. We'll be sure to have more on this project coming up soon!

Well the good weather up here in Canada has just arrived! We have to be quick though. Seems like there are only three months of the good stuff here so we will have to act fast. Plans for the roof raise are coming along nicely Ordered the roof caps from R&M just a week ago, and all steel is precut for the raise. Now, if by luck, the weather co-operates with us then we should be in fine shape This should be a very exciting step for us, one in which the bus will take on a whole new look!
The updates will continue, however they will be included with the new photo pages!
